Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 c. vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c. almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/3 c. oats
  • 1 tsp. honey or brown sugar
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. raisins
  • 1 c. ice optional

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender with raisins and oats first to ensure they are ground up and mixed in well. 
  2. Blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth and well combined. Add ice to thicken, if needed.
