Carrot Apple Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 c. baby carrots
  • 1/2 - 1 " ginger about 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 apple cored and chopped
  • 1 banana peeled
  • juice from half a lemon
  • 1/2 c. ice
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Add water, lemon juice, banana, carrots, apple and ginger to blender. Blend for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add 1/2 c. - 1 c. ice to thicken according to taste. Blend an additional 30-60 seconds.
