Lemon Coconut Smoothie

In spring and summer, nothing beats this tart and refreshing Lemon Coconut Smoothie. It's light and low calorie!

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 5.3 oz cup Dannon Toasted Coconut Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 c. coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp. honey or to taste
  • 1-2 c. ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender except honey.
  2. Blend and pulse for 1-2 minutes, until ice is blended and the mixture is creamy.
  3. Add honey to taste and blend for a few more seconds. 1 tablespoon still leaves a fairly tart taste to the smoothie, but 2 tablespoons should do the trick if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
