Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

This creamy, dreamy getaway in a glass will make you feel like you're on a beach vacation! A little tangy, a little sweet, this Pineapple Coconut Smoothie will be a winner with adults and kids alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 c. coconut milk
  • 1 c. toasted coconut vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 c. ice

Instructions

  1. Add milk, yogurt, pineapple, coconut flakes and ice to blender, in that order.
  2. Blend and pulse for 1-2 minutes, until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with toasted coconut, if desired.
